Saving clients money and lowering of the total closing
cost is an extremely difficult task and does require
experience. Federal law provides three business days
for review of loan costs and documents on primary
residence transactions. We advise you to get an
attorney involved much earlier in the process, because
by the closing date your rate is already locked and a
good faith estimate and a commitment have been executed
by you. Almost all our clients save money on closing
costs, either through saving on mortgage tax, recording
fees, title examination fees, origination, application,
bank attorney fees all of which vary from transaction to
transaction.
